From Lewisville/Williams Road Exit – Take a left onto Shallowford Road at the Oaks Shopping Center. Go 1 mile and turn right onto Conrad Road at the brown sign for 421 River Park. Go 2 miles and turn left onto Yadkinville Road. Cross the Yadkin River, go 2 miles and Grandview is on the right.

From Pfafftown - Take Yadkinville Road toward Lewisville. Turn right at the brown 421 River Park sign and cross the Yadkin River. Go 2 miles and Grandview is on the right.
